Yervant Demirjian is a private real estate investor in Los Angeles. Mr. Demirjian primarily focuses on the development of high-income housing in West Los Angeles.
Prior to becoming a real estate investor, Mr. Demirjian served in notable leadership roles, including Vice Chairman of Interaudi Bank in New York, overseeing the credit department. In addition, he served as Director and Vice Chairman of Cedars Bank in Los Angeles and Chief Financial Officer of Demo Steel Industries.
Mr. Demirjian graduated from Pepperdine University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and received a Master’s of Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. He is also fluent in English, French, Armenian and Arabic.
Mr. Demirjian is currently a member of the following boards:
- Trustee and Vice Treasurer of the Armenian General Benevolent Union Central Board.
- Chairman of AGBU’s Western District/Region.
- Board Member Lebanese American Foundation.
