Dr. Victor Cachia

Director

Dr. Victor Cachia is a board-certified podiatric surgeon and fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. A Southern California resident since 1971, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from California State University, Long Beach, and Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degrees from the California College of Podiatric Medicine at the San Francisco and Los Angeles County/University of Southern California campuses. 

Since completing residency at United Western Medical Centers in 1987, he served as attending staff training foot and ankle surgeons for several decades and has published numerous medical device patents. Dr. Cachia has been recognized for his contributions to medical literature and his humanitarian work as a volunteer surgeon in developing countries with En El, Liga International-Flying Doctors of Mercy and the Baja Crippled Children’s Project. He has served as President of the Orange County Podiatric Medical Association and held numerous medical staff leadership positions.

Dr. Cachia is the Founder of Aloha Foot and Ankle Associates in Mission Viejo, California, where he currently serves as a consultant. He has a passion for start-ups and continues to serve as a consultant/advisor. Dr. Cachia is Co-Founder of Interventional Spine, Inc. (formerly Triage Medical, Inc.), acquired by Johnson and Johnson in 2016, and a proud Founder of Partners Bank of California. Dr. Cachia’s vision and passion for Partners Bank of California has always been to provide the highest level of service and creativity in partnership with our clients to achieve great success.
