He is responsible for overseeing the delivery, implementation, and ongoing administration of Treasury services, ensuring clients receive secure, efficient, and strategically aligned solutions to support their operational and cash-management needs.

Daniel’s expertise spans a comprehensive suite of Treasury products, including ACH, wire transfers, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, and online banking platforms. He has played a key leadership role in multiple bank and system conversions, guiding cross-functional teams through complex transitions while maintaining continuity of service and compliance with regulatory requirements. His disciplined approach to process improvement, internal controls, and risk mitigation has strengthened operational frameworks and enhanced client outcomes.

Prior to joining Partners Bank of California, Daniel held leadership roles at US Metro Bank and Pacific Premier Bank, where he managed treasury management operations, led high-performing teams, supported audit and compliance initiatives, and partnered closely with relationship managers to deepen client engagement. He is recognized for his ability to resolve complex operational issues, streamline workflows, and elevate service delivery through thoughtful leadership and strategic execution.
